Delivery, Payments and Returns.

Payment:

Paypal Pro Terminal, its safe secure and we never see your card details.

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, just click on pay by card and follow through each step

You can use all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Amex plus paypal accounts.

You do not need a paypal account or have to log on to use a credit or debit card to buy from Snowshepherd via paypal.

Also if you choose Invoice on checkout we can accept bank transfers, cheques or Paypal requests.

On larger items or bulk purchases we will accept part payments and deposits to secure an item, just email for details.

Our prices are in GBP , if you wish to use another currency Paypal will accept and convert any currency you wish to use.

Delivery Times:

We aim to delivery all orders within 1 to 2 days, stock items are usually next working day, if you order before 2.30pm. (UK deliveries)

On very rare occasions delivery maybe longer, however we will always email you to tell you of any delays. Snow Sports products are somewhat seasonal and suppliers gear up for specific times, this can sometimes affect us.

UK Shipping is fixed at £4.49 for any item however big or small, Please note this applies to UK mainland only,

Delivery Europe after you have entereed your email and address, on the shipping page of the checkout please select Parcel Force 48 express option, these rates are automatic calculation based on the weight of your order.

UPDATE. SINCE THE 1ST JANAURY 2021 DELIVERY TO THE EU MAY WELL MEAN DUTY AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO PAY ON YOUR DELIVERY WHEN YOU TAKE DELIVERY, AT THE PRESENT TIME THE RULES ARE NOT THAT CLEAR ON THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE TO PAY, PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR DETAILS I CAN ALWAYS APPLY DISCOUNTS FOR ORDERS FROM EU COUNTRIES TO HELP OUT!

There are a number of drop down options on the shopping basket screen please check to see if delivery of your item and Country is listed.

Delivery and Stock Information

Product pages will display delivery information, if we have a delay or out of stock the product page will say this, otherwise we will deliver as stated above. If an item says "please call" this will be because we are awaiting information about this product or have only 1 or 2 left.

If there is no buy button on the product we are out of stock!

Returns:

14 day no quibble returns:

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item, we have a no quibble returns policy from 14 days after you receive the item. It must be returned to us in the original packaging and be in a saleable condition with all tags, labels etc still attached.

After 14 days and up to 28 days we will replace or refund defective items whatever you prefer.

When returning items please email us first, we will give you a returns number, write your order number on the outside of the package along with the returns number, sorry return costs are at your expense.

Refunds, we will always refund you straight away, as soon as we have the item returned to us. 

Warrantiy/Guarantee 1 Year

ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. We trust our products.

SnowShepherd will not warranty items against improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or alterations, normal wear and tear, improper care or drying, negligence, or if the item was used for something other than what it was designed for.

- cuts or rips (from skis/snowboards, knives, tree branches, falls or abrasions, other accidents, etc.)

- an animal destroying the glove(s)

- cracking of the leather from not conditioning the leather with leather balm

- fading or discoloration of leather or other fabrics

- over-treating of leather with leather balm

- damage to gloves due to the application of duct tape or other adhesives

- damage due to improper care or cleaning

-look after your gloves and they will look after you.

- items using being used under a warranty/ guarantee will need to be returned for our inspection
